All State Fastener Welcomes First CEO

All State Fastener CEO Charlie StubAll State Fastener Corporation (ASF) is proud to announce our leadership succession plan bringing on Charlie Stumb as the company's first CEO.

Charlie has a long established and accomplished history in the fastener business. For the last 13 years, he has held a variety of leadership positions at Stanley Black and Decker. Most recently, he held the title of President for Global Industrial. In addition, his positions have included VP for Americas Automotive, VP for Americas Industrial, VP for Industrial Europe & Transformation Lead and VP for their Global Electronics Group.

Prior to Stanley Black & Decker, Charlie also held leadership positions at Spiralock Corporation, which included living in and leading businesses across South America, North America, Europe and Asia. As a result, he will be able to provide a unique perspective for our global customers and global supply chain partners.

"Charlie is not only extremely intelligent and talented but understands the structure, strategy, and MOS needed to execute ASF's 10 year strategic plan while making the people, culture and the customer absolute top priority," says Nick Giorgio, President of All State Fastener. "It didn't take long for Charlie to step into the ASF culture and feel the gravity of our customer focus, and the Giorgio family's connection to their employees".

Charlie earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and MBA from Capella University
